Office Administrator Position:

We are seeking a qualified administrative and office support person for multi location office.  General duties include customer/client service including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing clients/visitors, word processing, organization and filing.

Also must be able to:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Maintain the internal filing system
  • Order office supplies

We will likely be hiring for this position in the coming months.  It is undetermined whether full or part-time (will depend on candidate).
